To register and use the philbos platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:
philbos employs mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to confirm player identity and age. Submission of false or misleading information during registration, including falsified date of birth or identity documents, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances pending investigation.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the philbos platform. Creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, philbos reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold any balances pending a full fraud and compliance review.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You agree to notify philbos immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
philbos will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account credentials where such loss results from your failure to adequately protect those credentials. philbos will never request your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or SMS.
All account information provided at registration must be accurate, current, and complete. You are required to update your account information promptly if any such information changes. Accounts containing materially inaccurate information are subject to suspension pending verification.
All financial transactions on the philbos platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and QR Ph, subject to availability and minimum transaction thresholds applicable from time to time.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. These thresholds may be updated by philbos at any time upon reasonable notice posted on the platform.

philbos does not charge player fees on standard e-wallet withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may be subject to fees imposed by the receiving institution, which are outside philbos's control.

philbos reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, void any bets, and withhold any balances where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct involves potential criminal activity, philbos will report such activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities including, where relevant, PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
All content on the philbos platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, trademarks, user interface design, text, data compilations, and audio-visual content — is the intellectual property of philbos or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the philbos platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the philbos platform without prior written consent.
The philbos name, wordmark, and logo are trademarks of philbos. Unauthorised use of any philbos trademark in connection with any goods or services is prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, philbos and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
philbos's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₱10,000, whichever is lower.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits philbos's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
philbos is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all philbos account holders at no cost and with no minimum usage restriction:
If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we encourage you to seek help and to utilise the self-exclusion tool before making any further deposits. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent exclusion by creating new accounts — any such account will be closed immediately upon identification and any balances will be refunded to the player's registered payment method.

Upon closure of an account for cause, philbos will investigate the account balance and transaction history before processing any refund. Where funds are determined to have been obtained fraudulently or in breach of these Terms, philbos reserves the right to withhold such funds and, where applicable, report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their accounts may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all outstanding KYC requirements have been fulfilled.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them, including disputes regarding their formation, validity, enforceability, performance, or termination, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
philbos operates under the regulatory jurisdiction of PAGCOR. Complaints regarding philbos's gaming operations may be directed to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
For disputes between a player and philbos that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players are encouraged to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting philbos customer support at [email protected] before initiating any formal complaint process.
philbos reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, philbos will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by posting the updated Terms on the philbos platform with a revised "Last Updated" date, and by sending a notification to the email address registered on your account.
Your continued use of the philbos platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the amended Terms take effect.
